Thank you for shopping with RigBuilt Co. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, produce, and ship orders placed through rigbuiltco.com.
By placing an order with RigBuilt Co., you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing & Production Time
All RigBuilt Co. products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Most orders are processed and produced within 3–7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, product launches, holidays, supplier delays, or high-demand periods, production may take longer than usual. In rare cases, production may require up to 10–15 business days.
Once your order has completed production, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note: production time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, product availability, production workload, weather or carrier disruptions, and customs processing for international orders.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or events outside our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within the following estimated timeframes after production is completed:
- United States: Approximately 3–8 business days after shipment.
- International Orders: Approximately 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier system to scan and activate the shipment.
Made-to-Order Production
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day shipping.
Each item is printed after purchase to reduce waste and ensure fresh production.
Once production has started, orders generally cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.
This includes changes to:
- Product size
- Product color
- Shipping address
- Design selection
- Quantity
- Shipping method
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment or unit number
- Wrong postal code
- Wrong country or state
- Incomplete shipping information
- Customer typing errors
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or replacement costs.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production or shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:
- Around your delivery area
- With household members
- With neighbors
- Your local post office or carrier office
- Building reception, mailroom, or parcel locker
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To review the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed to be a production defect or printing error, we may offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
We do not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect washing or drying
- Customer misuse
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Carrier damage without sufficient evidence
Package Marked Delivered
If tracking confirms that an order was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery.
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for theft, missing packages, or delivery issues after the package is marked as delivered.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import duties or taxes
- Customs holds
- Refused international shipments
- Additional fees charged by local authorities
If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, reshipping costs, or loss of the package.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
This can happen when:
- Items are produced at different facilities
- Products have different production times
- Multiple items are shipped separately
- Inventory or supplier routing requires separate fulfillment
If your order arrives in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We may ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories when supported by the carrier and fulfillment provider.
Some shipping methods may not be available for these destinations.
Delivery to military addresses, remote areas, or territories may take longer than standard delivery estimates.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
Force Majeure
RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Carrier disruptions
- Labor strikes
- Customs delays
- Transportation interruptions
- Pandemics
- System outages
- Government restrictions
- Supplier or fulfillment delays
