1. About RigBuilt Co.

RigBuilt Co. is an online apparel brand offering print-on-demand products inspired by trucker culture, diesel workwear, long-haul road life, and blue-collar pride.

Our products are made to order. This means items are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

2. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or contacting us.

3. Product Information

We do our best to display product images, colors, descriptions, sizing information, and pricing as accurately as possible.

However, product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, printing method, and production variation.

Minor differences in print placement, print size, color tone, or garment appearance may occur and are normal in print-on-demand production.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect pricing, include incomplete information, or violate our policies.

Once an order has been submitted, please review your order confirmation carefully. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct, including product type, size, color, quantity, and shipping address.

5. Made-to-Order Production

All RigBuilt Co. products are made to order. Because production begins after purchase, order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.

This includes changes to size, color, design, quantity, shipping address, or shipping method.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update product pricing, discounts, promotions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. If a payment is declined, incomplete, reversed, disputed, or flagged as suspicious, we may cancel or hold the order.

7. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance, customer location, customs processing, weather, holidays, or events outside our control.

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, customs delays, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs, replacement costs, or other related fees.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected by the customer, change of mind, or preference-based issues.

We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a confirmed production or fulfillment error.

Claims must be submitted within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy and must include supporting evidence such as order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

10. International Orders, Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for customs delays, unpaid import fees, refused shipments, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities or local carriers.

11. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, product names, artwork, graphics, images, product designs, text, layout, and visual assets, is owned by or licensed to RigBuilt Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
