Thank you for shopping with RigBuilt Co. We want every customer to receive quality gear they can wear with confidence. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

Because our products are made to order, each item is produced specifically for the customer after purchase. For this reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

By placing an order with RigBuilt Co., you agree to the terms below.

Made-to-Order Policy

All RigBuilt Co. products are made to order.

This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Preference-based issues
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns

We do not accept returns for made-to-order products unless the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error.

If your item has an eligible issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

You may qualify for a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect
  • The print is incorrect or significantly flawed
  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size or color compared to your order confirmation
  • Part of your order is missing

All claims are reviewed case by case.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer
  • Wrong color selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Customer no longer wants the item
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
  • Package marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Customs delays or import fees
  • Minor color differences between screen display and printed product
  • Minor placement or sizing variations common in print-on-demand production
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, washing, drying, or normal wear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

In most cases, replacements are preferred for production-related issues.

Size Issues

Please check the size chart before placing your order.

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the customer chooses the wrong size.

If the item you received is a different size than what appears on your order confirmation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, printing method, and production process.

Minor color differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Print Placement Disclaimer

Because our products are produced individually, minor variations in print placement, print size, or alignment may occur.

Small production variations are normal and do not qualify as defects unless the issue is significant and clearly affects the quality of the product.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products enter production quickly, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

This includes changes to:

  • Size
  • Color
  • Product type
  • Shipping address
  • Design
  • Quantity
  • Shipping method

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

RigBuilt Co. is not responsible for orders that are lost, returned, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or replacement costs.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed production or fulfillment error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment process.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of RigBuilt Co. after reviewing the claim and supporting evidence.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale.

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
